We are excited to offer a more personalized experience with Personal Training in our boutique women’s only space to help you on your fitness journey!

Our expert female personal trainers will give you the support and guidance you need and develop a customized plan for your needs - whether you’re brand new to fitness or more advanced looking to take your fitness to the next level.  We take pride in having worked with so many women new to fitness, starting their journey with us.

No matter what your training background, our expert coaches will take an individual approach that propels you forward and keeps you fully motivated to truly be your best.

60MIN personal training packages

Our personal training packages are based upon the results and outcome you want to achieve. Packages are designed to see their trainer 2X to 3X a week or more on a consistent basis. PT Includes access to infrared sauna and workout tracker.

30MIN PERSONAL TRAINING PACKAGES

Is time an issue? Try our 30-minute sessions! Perfect for those who want a quick workout or are just getting started. Get the same results in half the time and at a fraction of the cost. MOVE better, reduce pain, get stronger, and improve your cardio.

Personal training packages available for groups of up to 4 including co-ed options.
